TERMS OF SERVICE
By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms.General commission process:
▪ Please request commission through provided form for when they are open.
▪ The designer has the right to refuse any project/commission request.
▪ Please make sure to be clear in your form/order and try to add as much information to work with.
▪ If your request is accepted, an email & invoice will be sent to your provided e-mail.
▪ Your commission request will be dropped or cancelled if you do not respond to me after 7 days or if your invoice is not paid by the due date.
▪ Once your invoice has been paid, you will be added to my queue.General:
▪ Completion of work may take anywhere between 2-4 weeks.
▪ I DO NOT provide any illustrations, they must be provided. Please ensure they are high resolutions. (Please have permission from the artist whose art I will be including in the commission.)
▪ I DO NOT provide the .psd file or provide extra work after the delivered piece. Any extra adjustments after will results in a fee.
▪ Finished commissions will be delivered to the provided email.Process:
▪ I will provide WIP screenshots after every revision OR when requested.
▪ I will provide drafts of the first design to the commissioner to confirm satisfaction of the visual direction. ( Any changes can be made at this stage.)
▪ I will continue in the visual direction and polishing the commission. (only small revisions will be accepted at this stage.)
▪ After finalization of commission, it will be delivered as .png images through email.
▪ If big changes or big details are added after I start polishing the commission, extra fees will be charged. Any additional work outside the confirmed/finished commission will be denied or quoted accordingly.Payment + Commercial Use:
▪ I require full payment of the total commission payment before starting and to confirm your slot.
▪ Payments will be through Paypal, USD only.
▪ No refunds/ cancellations after I have started working on the commission.
▪ Rush commissions are + 100% of the price.
▪ Commercial licenses are + 300% of the price. (These extended rights can be refused or will be quoted and charged accordingly.)

▪ The designer retains all rights to the designs and allows the commissioner to use the design for their intended purpose only.
▪ Commissioner is not allowed to resell, repurpose, retribute, modify the graphics or claim them as their own.
▪ Must credit me on any platforms commission is used in, using my Twitter link. ⇢ Example for Twitch: Banena
▪ Commission is for Personal use only. (Personal use includes streaming platforms only.)
▪ If commissioner purchases .psd file, they are able to modify the designs but CANNOT repurpose or redistribute them unless they purchase commercial rights. These extended rights have to be discussed to be charged accordingly.
